Something trouble occurred with Korea Board Games Inc.
이 글을 전개해나가기 전에, 제목에서 언급한 문제는 전적으로 제 잘못이었음을 감안하면서 읽어주시길 당부드리는 바입니다 ㅡㅡㅋ
제가 ㅂㅅ이었어욯ㅎㅎㅎ

우선 사건의 시작은 이래요.
11월 28일 19시 30분경, 집에서 주말을 맞이하기 위해 저는 시외버스를 타고 집으로 향햇쥬
20시 20분경에 집에 도착해서 40분쯤에 제가 뭔가 인터넷으로 살 게 있었다는 걸 성공적으로 회상해내어(기억능력 숙련도+0.01) 인터넷을 켜고 코리아보드게임즈의 보드게임 판매 사이트인 다이브다이스 페이지에 들어가 장바구니에 넣어뒀던 스플렌더를 사기 위해 결제수단을 선택한 시점이 약 20시 48분경.
그러나 제 컴이 아니었기에 결정적으로 공인인증서 로그인이 불가능했고, 결국 21시경까지 결제에 5회정도 실패하고 말았던 거심니다 ㅠㅜ
Firstly, departure of the problem likes below.
November 28th, about 19:20(Surely, korean time), I left Jinju to hold the weekend in my homecity.
It was 20:20 that I arrived to my home. And about 20:40, I have been remembered that there was a board game which I hoped to buy it.(Memorize ability point +0.01)
I turned the Internet Explorer on and tried to connect www.divedice.com(A site sales some board games of Korea Board Games). And It was 20:48 that I chose the payment method and tried to buy Splendor the board game what I hoped to buy.
But since it wasn't my PC, so I failed to pay for it 5-times until 21:00.
그래서 정확히 21시 1분! 결국 휴대폰 결제와 계좌이체를 버리고 과감하게 무통장입금을 선택, 그리고 휴대폰의 NH뱅킹 앱으로 금액을 결제하는 방법을 택했슴다.
여기서 첫번째 문제가 발생!
전 무통장입금이 걍 본인확인 없이 지정된 금액이 들어온걸 확인하면 물품을 보내주는 시스템인줄 알고 있었는데 그게 아닌 모양이더라구여 ㅋㅋㅋ
So finally I decided to pay without bankbook. And I paid it with my smartphone application 'NK Banking' immediately.
The first problem has been triggered by lack of my knowledge about the payment without bankbook.
I have thought the payment method can be explained by 'Check the money in and goods out'. It seems wrong...
그리고 두번째 문제는 NK뱅킹에 대한 제 미숙함에서 야기되었습니당 ㅠㅠ
'받는통장표시'가 뭔지 모르고 이거 다음에 거래내역조회할때 보기 편하라고 적는건가싶어 당연하게 '다이브다이스'라고... ㅠㅜ
그리고 주문은 보기좋게 취소되었습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ
And the second problem has been triggered by my unskilled banking.
(sigh..)
I didn't know what was the 'marking for receiver' so I wrote the reiceiver's name Divedice in there instead of my name. Because I thought that it will be helpful for recall my paylist after.
And surely, the delivey has been canceled.
주문이 취소되었다는 사실을 알게 된건 지난 화요일밤. 그래서 수요일 아침에 다이브다이스 홈에 적혀있던 고객센터 번호로 전화를 걸었다지요 ㅋㅋ그러니까 코리아보드게임즈에서 받길래 아.. 말이 안 통할 일은 없겟구나 싶어서 일단 안도.
주문이 왜 취소됐는지, 취소됐다면 환불이 되어야 하는거 아닌지 등 질문을 던졋슴다.
근데 제 이름이나 닉넴으로 들어간 돈이 없다더라구요 ㄷㄷ
I knew it canceled on Tuesday night. So I called to customer service center number marked on Divedice homepage. And there was a customer service center of Korea Board Games, so I've been released with its professionalism!
I asked why the order canceled, why the money I paid has not returned, etc. But they said there is no payment with my name or nickname in their breakdown.(!?)
그래서 저는 정확히 제 결제내역에 남아있는 정확한 결제시간과 금액을 알려주었고, 조회결과 결제자 이름이 '다이브다이스'인 다른 결제정보가 완벽히 일치하는 결제가 있더란겁니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
So I told my payment information(time, price and the valid), and they found a result has same with mine but payer name is 'Divedice' lol!
그래서 저는 그쪽의 요구에 따라 제 결제정보가 담긴 스샷을 메일로 보냈고, 지금은 물품수령을 기다리는 중입니다 ㅋㅋ큐ㅠㅜㅠ
주문취소에서 배송중으로 바꼈더라구요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ드디어
So I sent an e-mail with a screenshot contains the information to them, now I'm waiting for the good arrives.
Finblly the status(order canceled) has changed to 'delivering' now : )
-Fucking asshole the 'marking for receiver'...
다음부터 결제할 때는 조심해서 다시 이런 실수 안하게끔 조심해야겠네요 ㅋㅋㅋ
After this case, I'll do more careful payment while buy something haha
